What you get

Deposits Due is a digital download for couples planning a wedding in the United States: an Excel workbook (deposits-due.xlsx) and a PDF guide (deposits-due-guide.pdf). The free budget sheet is a separate, single-tab file offered at no charge.

Price and payment

The workbook costs $19 USD, paid once through Stripe. It is not a subscription and there are no renewals. Any checkout taxes are shown by Stripe before you pay. Files are delivered on the page Stripe sends you to after a successful payment.

Delivery problems

If the download page or files don't work, email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout and we will help you get the files. Contact us about billing errors. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Using the files

The files are licensed for your personal use, including sharing your copy with your partner, family and wedding planner. Please do not resell, redistribute or publish the workbook or guide, or offer them as your own template.

Not advice

Deposits Due is a tracker and how-to guide. It is not financial, legal or tax advice. It calculates only from what you enter and does not connect to banks or vendors or send reminders. Check every amount and date against your vendor contracts, which take priority over anything in the sheet. You are responsible for paying vendors on time.

Spreadsheet software

The workbook is designed for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Other spreadsheet apps may display or calculate it differently. We aim for the files to work as described but cannot promise they work in every app or version.

Liability and changes

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for missed payments, late fees or losses arising from information entered in the sheet or from relying on it instead of your contracts. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its date.
