See what's due next
The Due in 30 Days tab lists every deposit and balance due in the next 30 days, earliest first. Missed dates stay on the list marked overdue.
One shared sheet for you and your partner: every vendor, every deposit, and who's paying.
Excel workbook + PDF guide. Works in Excel and Google Sheets. One-time $19, download right after checkout.
The venue wants its balance a month out. The caterer's deposit holds your date. Your partner's parents said they'd cover the florist, but nobody wrote down when.
Every vendor has its own contract, its own payment schedule and its own email thread. Between the two of you, the next payment is easy to lose track of.
Deposits Due puts every vendor payment in one workbook you share with your partner. List each vendor once. The sheet works out the balance, what's due in the next 30 days, who's covering it, and how much of the budget is already spent.

Mark each vendor as Couple, Partner A parents, Partner B parents, Split or Other. Handy when family is chipping in and everyone wants to know their part.
Type your budget once. Mark a vendor deposit paid or paid in full and spent, left and still owed update on their own.
Enter the quote and the deposit. The balance, the next payment and the amount due fill in, so nobody redoes the math from an old email.
$19 once, by card through Stripe's secure checkout. No account to create.
Stripe sends you to a download page with the Excel workbook and the PDF guide.
Open it in Excel or import it into Google Sheets, then share it with your partner. The guide shows each click.
It's a spreadsheet: no bank connection and no reminder emails. It shows what you type, laid out so the next payment is obvious.

Both. You download an .xlsx workbook. Open it in Excel, or import it into Google Sheets with File > Import > Upload, or drag it into Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. The PDF guide walks through each route.
Keep one copy in Google Sheets or OneDrive and use the Share button. Give your partner edit access; parents can have view or comment access if they only need to see what they're covering.
The free budget sheet is one tab of budget categories with planned, spent and left. The $19 workbook adds vendor rows with quote, deposit and balance amounts, deposit and balance due dates, a who's-paying column, status, the Due in 30 Days tab, spent vs budget totals and a guest list.
Most free templates track what you planned to spend. Deposits Due is built around when each vendor payment is due and who is paying it, so the question "what do we owe next?" has an answer at the top of the sheet. Try the free budget sheet first if you only need categories.
You pay through Stripe. Stripe sends you straight to a download page with two buttons: the Excel workbook and the PDF guide. Each download re-checks your payment with Stripe. Bookmark the page or save the files right away.
No. There is no login and no app. Checkout asks for an email because Stripe needs one for the receipt.
No. Deposits Due is a spreadsheet tracker and how-to guide. It doesn't give financial, legal or tax advice, and it only knows what you type in. Your vendor contracts are the source of truth for amounts and dates.
Yes. Amounts are in US dollars and the sample vendors follow a typical US wedding. It works anywhere Excel or Google Sheets runs, but currency and examples are set up for US couples.
Email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout and we'll sort out access.
